VENDOR INFORMATION

 

Event Location –             Chinook Winds Casino Resort – 1777 NW 44th Street, Lincoln City, OR 97367-5094                                                                                                                                                            

 

Vendor Booths –             10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday- 9/7/2013

                                       10:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday- 9/8/2013

 

Vendor set up -               8:00 am until 9:45 am on Saturday- 9/7/2013.

Vendor teardown -          4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday- 9/8/2013

 

All vendors required to be OPEN BY 9:45 AM AND REMAIN SO UNTIL THE CLOSING OF THE VENDOR AREA 6 PM ON SATURDAY AND 4 PM ON SUNDAY.

A $25 clean up fee will be charged to any Vendor that leaves trash behind

  • Early closure may result in forfeiture of participation in future events

 

Your booth space includes the following (depending on booth type):

 

• Standard Booth:
10 ’x 10’ booth (1) 8’ skirted banquet table/2 padded chairs.
• Corner Booth:
10’ x 10’ booth (2) 8’ Skirted banquet tables/2 padded chairs
• Double Standard Booth
20’ x 10’ booth (2) 8’ Skirted banquet tables/4 padded chairs                                                         

All booths include traditional tradeshow style pipe and drape (8’ back/café sides)
Chinook Winds Casino does supply free Wi-Fi but reception is not guaranteed.

Booth Space extras:

  • Electricity is available at extra charge; please contact vendor relations right away if you didn’t put this on your application.

 

  • Telephone and fax lines are available at an extra charge; please contact vendor relations if you require these items.
